I was seen quickly after arrival ( I did pre-register on the website), and the care was thorough. Practitioner Jesse was extremely kind and has an excellent bedside manner. Good experience overall! I've taken my kids previously, and care is always prompt and courteous.

I've received outstanding care for myself & my child several times now. I'm very impressed & will continue going to Grand Ave Urgent. I prefer them over any place in town, hands down.

We are visiting from Alabama and had one of our children get sick. I was so impressed at how well this clinic took care of us. The doctor and his assistant were great with my child and very friendly and explained everything. We were in and out very quickly. Overall a perfect experience!

I went in Fer a possible broken foot. All the staff were awesome! Got checked in quickly, went to a room shortly after. Someone came right in and accessed the situation got me right to xray. The doctor was waiting outside the door to read them. Came in talked said it was broken and got me fitted for a boot cast n crutches. They were all friendly n happy. Best experience I've ever had! I was in and out in a little over an hour! That's unheard-of. Thank you all for the great service.
