I attended Colorado State University from 1995-2000 and graduated with a degree in natural resources. I then went to Colorado Northwest Community College where I graduated with a degree in Nursing in 2008. After working as a nurse, I attended Wright State University and graduated with a Masters in Nursing, FNP.

I am most interested in Urgent Care and providing advanced care in difficult locations, often deep in the wilderness or resource poor countries.

I enjoy building anything from trucks and ambulances to woodworking and creating custom projects such as cabinets, desks, etc. I also enjoy camping, skiing, kite surfing, traveling, gardening, and international Medicine.

I attended the University of Wyoming where I graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology, French and Nursing. I then got my MSN-FNP at the University of Colorado. I finished my degree in 2009. I was able to complete clinical rotations at Family Physicians of Laramie, Children’s Clinic of Laramie (now Meadowlark Pediatrics) and at the VA in Cheyenne.

I am most interested in Emergency Medicine. I enjoy the pace of that type of medicine in conjunction with the procedures. If I spent the next several years doing suturing, I would be very content. I enjoy that problems are on the way to being solved.

I am a Laramie Native and have enjoyed raising my family in this great community. I learned to make Crabapple Jelly at Beitel Elementary School, and my mother still has the recipe!

In my free time, I enjoy chasing my children, putting together Legos and running.

I attended the University of Wyoming where I was part of the Western Thunder Marching Band for 2 years. I graduated in May of 2014 with a BSN, RN. I then attended Maryville University in St. Louis, MO and graduated in 2021 with an MSN-FNP.

I enjoy working in the Urgent Care setting. We see such a wide variety of things which keeps us on our toes and always learning about new and updated guidelines. There is never a dull moment and I love that we get to use and stay proficient with our procedure skills.

My favorite Hobby is MUSIC!! I sing as well as play piano and trumpet. I use all these skills every Sunday for church services at Living Shepherd Lutheran Church. I also love to read and spend time outside hiking and camping.

I am a Harry Potter nerd and can answer most any trivia question about the magical universe! I am also a Laramie Native and love our amazing community - GO POKES!

I was an Army Medic from 2004-2009. I Received my BSN in Nursing from the University of Wyoming in 2013, then in 2017 I attended the FNP program at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga where I graduated in 2019.

I have equal love for both Urgent Care and Family Medicine. I love the procedures and treating acute illness seen in Urgent Care, but I also enjoy the one-on-one time and preventive aspect of Family Care.

I spent 5 years in the Army with the 101st Airborne and Deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. I have been Married for 16 years and have 3 children.

I enjoy wildlife photography, fishing, hiking, and attending UW Football and Basketball games. I love cheering on my older son at his basketball games, my daughter at her cheer competitions and my younger son at his T-ball games.

Acute Care inpatient medicine is the area I am most passionate about. I have done inpatient care as an RN or NP for 12 years and truly enjoy it. I also enjoy the Urgent Care Setting and have been a part of the Grand Ave family since 2019.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and my 2 daughters. I also love hunting, fishing, skiing, snow shoeing, and pretty much anything you can do outdoors.

I attended Alma Dance Company as well as Alma College in Alma, MI where I graduated with a BS in Exercise and Health Sciences in 2012. I then attended the University of Wyoming and graduated with BSN, RN in 2017. After working as a nurse, I attended Clarkson College in Omaha, NE and graduated the FNP program with a Masters of Science in Nursing in 2022.

I enjoy the Urgent Care because it offers many aspects of medicine including Orthopedic, Dermatologic conditions, pediatrics, primary care, acute care medicine and even procedures. However, an area I am most interested in is preventative medicine because I believe it promotes living a life of positive health and wellness and is fundamental in preventing disease and disability.

My hobbies are traveling to the beach, coffee, going back home to see family and dance.
